Zuzuka Poderosa baile funk dancing for Knocksteady
Brazilian baile funk femcee Zuzuka Poderosa recently sat down with Knocksteady in L.A. to talk about growing up in Brazil, the West Indes, and Brooklyn as well as her twist on funk which blends Brooklyn Bass and Carioca sounds. During the interview, Zuzuka explains her term “interracial music babies,” talks a little about food, and how she reaches her non-Portuguese speaking audience. She even gives an all too short tutorial on how to dance to baile funk. Check out video and full audio from the interview below.
