What you need for this position:
- Bachelors degree in web development, design or related discipline
- 3+ years of experience designing and developing websites
- Strong experience working with Visual design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver
- Strong experience hand coding HTML, DHTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, etc.
- Experience with Actionscript
- Experience handling cross browser capability issues
- Online portfolio to demonstrate web design work
