theCEO

Lanaé has 11 years of design experience in web, print and multimedia design as well as a background in marketing. In 2006, she launched theComplex Media & Design to facilitate both corporate and creative clients with their design and marketing needs. Her understanding of technology has enabled her to be a key-speaker on several corporate panels and conferences including Sovereign Bank’s Diversity Retreat.

In 2008, Lanaé became the Creative Director at Virtcom Consulting, a global diversity consulting firm. She then brought her vast skill sets to LivePerson – a global software company – where she furthered her social media and marketing knowledge. She carries expertise in the fundamentals of not only web and graphic design but audio and video editing, animation and photography as well.

In addition to running theComplex Media & Design, Lanaé is the Creative Design Manager / Social Media Coordinator at ProActive Communications – a communications firm – where she is managing design, social media, and marketing initiatives for the company.
